Wes Okafor, Owner & Lead Insulation Technician
I’ve been running jobs in Westminster since 2016, and I still climb into attics on most calls. Started this work after seeing too many insulation crews blow product over unsealed top plates and call it finished. I carry BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Professional certifications, and I personally review every blower-door report before it goes to the homeowner. Off the job, I restore vintage motorcycles in a garage that’s insulated to R-49 - I test everything on my own house first.
Marcus T., Senior Installer
Marcus has been with us four years and handles our spray foam and dense-pack wall jobs. He’s the one we send when a Westminster homeowner needs closed-cell foam in a tight crawl space or a 1920s bungalow with no existing wall insulation. Certified in Icynene and Demilec application, he also trains our apprentices on proper mixing ratios and substrate prep. He grew up in Garden Grove, knows the local building stock from the inside out, and keeps a running bet with himself on whether he can beat the previous job’s blower-door reduction.
Diana R., Service Coordinator
Diana answers the phones and schedules every Westminster appointment, but she’s also the one who builds your written scope, pulls permit history when we need it, and makes sure the photo documentation gets to you within 24 hours of job completion. She worked in residential HVAC dispatch for seven years before joining us, so she speaks the language when homeowners describe “that hot spot in the back bedroom.” She lives in Huntington Beach, commutes against traffic, and has a photographic memory for which Westminster neighborhoods were built in which decade.

Jake joined us in 2023 after two years in general construction. He’s certified in blown-in fiberglass and cellulose installation and is working toward his BPI Analyst credential. Right now he handles prep, air sealing, and cleanup on most jobs, though he’s started running smaller attic insulation projects on his own. He’s the one who crawls the far corners of Westminster crawl spaces that the rest of us have trouble fitting into. Grew up in Stanton, played offensive line at Westminster High, still coaches youth football Saturdays when we’re not on emergency call.
